Risk Data Analyst - Insurance - City, London

Joining this global insurer in their Risk Data Solutions team as a Risk Data Analyst, you will have proven experience working in the Insurance Market (preferably Lloyd's of London or the London Market) and an understanding of insurance products offered by an underwriting wholesale organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:-

• Providing direct support to the Head of Risk Data Solutions in collating policy and financial data from internal and external sources into a warehouse for use by a range of stakeholders
• Working closely with Exposure Management, Finance and Reserving to ensure all requirements are met for regular reporting
• Assist in the design and development of reporting infrastructure and capabilities
• Augment policy data with additional fields to aid in governance framework and risk analysis to be provided to stakeholders
• Build out reporting of exposure data functionality through collaboration with stakeholders

Key skills required:-

• Previous experience working in the Insurance Market - Lloyd's of London/London Market is ESSENTIAL
• Understanding of insurance products (underwriting)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Experience in management of large datasets and analytical output to derive insightful and focussed reviews and recommendations

THIS ROLE IS HYBRID WORKING 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THEIR OFFICES IN THE City OF LONDON, AND 2 DAYS PER WEEK REMOTELY
