Digital Workplace Consultant/Architect - Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Workplace Consultant/Architect to act as a technical liaison between business users and IT service delivery teams. This role focuses on coordinating digital workplace services, contributing to technical assessments, developing proof-of-concept solutions, and supporting migration to a modern, independent infrastructure.

Rate: €450 - €500 per day
Location: Barcelona - Onsite
Duration: 8 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical coordinator for all Digital Workplace service requests
- Triage, prioritize, and track service requests across all areas
- Provide first-level technical analysis before escalation
- Document technical requirements and proposed solutions
- Contribute to technical assessments for service and migration planning
- Develop and test proof-of-concept (POC) solutions
- Support digital workplace service migration and transformation
- Deliver regular status reports on operational activities and planning

Required Technical Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace technologies:
- Windows/macOS device life cycle management
- Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online administration
- Enterprise voice & collaboration systems
- Software packaging, deployment & life cycle management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and service delivery processes
- Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements
- Background in IT migration or separation projects
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
