Account Manager for Paris

  • 10+ years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions within an IT Services organization
  • Prior experience in Travel & Hospitality Industry vertical is an advantage
  • Experience of doing business in France and knowledge of French is an advantage (Europe/US experience - essential)
  • Will be based in Paris.
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios in a clear and quantified way
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound business acumen with strong negotiation skills


  • Responsible for overall Account Revenues, Growth and Relationships in one of ITC Infotech's Strategic Accounts
  • Build and nurture strong relationships at senior levels in the client's organization as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within the account portfolio
  • Develop effective relationships with key internal stakeholder, BU heads, Solution SME's, Pre-Sales, Business Consulting, Sales and Delivery Leaders
  • Own & develop account plans and strategies for growth, delivery, client satisfaction and achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Drive revenue within the client/account portfolio and accelerate opportunities to sell-in end-to-end ITC Infotech services
  • Regularly opening new pipeline and closing deals including:
  • Assist pre-sales, solution and delivery teams for properly scoping, pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, unique opportunities, and challenges. Ability to understand and articulate how these trends/opportunities/challenges affect the client's business and proactively develop opportunities from them
    • Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities
    • Responding to RFP's, creating proposals and presentations
    • Leading the closure of new deals
