Job Title: Data Architect

Salary: Up to £85k

Location: Remote within UK

We are currently partnering with a UK company in the Healthcare sector who are embarking on a significant digital transformation and are looking for a Data Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their data landscape.

The Data Architect will join a dynamic IT Delivery team. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence enterprise-wide data strategy at an organisation committed to people-first values and high-impact outcomes. The role will be fully remote within the UK (however occasional UK travel to key sites mat be required circa once a quarter).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organisation's strategic data architecture blueprint
• Define and implement data architecture standards and principles
• Lead the Data Architecture strategy with focus on data sourcing and mastering approaches
• Own and manage the data catalogue, working across business units and projects
• Act as a key strategic advisor and connector between business, data, and technical teams
• Drive organisational data maturity and promote data best practices across all initiatives

Skills/Experience:

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years' experience in Data Architecture
• Deep understanding of enterprise data principles and implementation
• Proven ability to lead data solutions across large, complex organisations
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
