Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture to close gaps between new POS software and existing processes.
• Prepare decision documents to weigh customization vs. process changes.
• Design solutions aligned with system stability, software standards, and local legislation.
• Support pilot rollout and multi-country expansion over a 2-year period.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture forward.

Requirements

• Senior-level solution architecture experience in retail, with strong POS domain knowledge .
• Experience implementing new POS systems.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
• Quick learner with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in team-driven environments.
