London - Hybrid role (3 days in the office)

Finitas are working with a basis with a leading global insurance company who are seeking a skilled and motivated IBA Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for collecting premiums and claims to ensure that uncollected brokerage and outstanding debt are in line with the company's agreed procedures.

You will assist the IBA Team in clearing any unmatched cash according to these procedures. While preventing funding from occurring is ideal, you will also support the IBA team in clearing any funded balances.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, both written and verbal with close attention to detail.
• Be able to demonstrate drive and self-motivation to achieve results with a general willingness to be flexible in work habits and assigned tasks.
• Ability to identify, recognize and escalate critical issues for resolution.
• Excellent Computer Skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Previous experience of using OpenTwins Broking Systems (preferable but not essential)
