Role: Content & Communication Specialist

Day Rate: £425 - £450 (inside)

Contract Length: 6 months

Location: 2 days on site, Manchester

This is a key Content & Communication specialist within the Data and Analytics team. The role focuses on supporting strategic priorities.

You will lead and coordinate change communication strategies, working with senior leadership to align engagement plans with business goals, drive cultural change, and overcome barriers to adoption.

Key skills:

  • Experience of delivering a change programme where your strategy had made audiences aware of the change, created a desire for the change, ensured they have the adequate knowledge, abilities and resources to embrace and embed the change
  • Ability to design and develop engaging content across various formats including text, graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Understanding how to interpret data from web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track audience behaviour, and optimise communication strategies
  • Identifying and targeting different audience groups with tailored messaging based on their needs and interests.
  • Clearly guiding the audience towards desired actions through well-defined CTAs in communication.
