Scala Engineer
6months + Contract
London, UK (Hybrid)

Key Deliverables:

• Contribute to the implementation of our product roadmap by writing high quality software using the Scala programming language
• Validate the correctness of solutions by performing appropriate testing
• Deployment of services to AWS
• Contribute to team meetings and design sessions

Resource Requirements:

• High level of proficiency in the Scala programming language
• Understanding of the SCRUM methodology
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Strong understanding of modern testing practices
• Experience of event streams/queues (Kafka or similar)
• Golang experience would be a plus
