Responsibilities:
* Develop dynamic retail supply chain forecasts with Planning and Finance teams, based on consumer demand and business insights.
* Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual shipping forecasts, tracking performance to inform supply chain plans and financial processes.
* Provide expertise in scenario planning for key retail moments and ad hoc business needs through data analysis.
* Support advanced analytics and optimization initiatives by developing forecasting tools.

Requirements
* 3 -5 years' experience within the supply chain environment, preferably within retail
* Proven experience in Forecasting and/or direct-to-consumer planning.
* Strong understanding of commercial actions, consumer trends, and translating them into operational plans.
* Excellent analytical skills for delivering operational excellence.
* Proficiency in analytical tools (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Excel, etc.).
* Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
* Ability to develop and track meaningful forecasting KPIs.
* Innovative mindset with a record of process improvement.
* Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
* Self-starter, capable of working independently and in teams.
