someone who doesn't just manage services, but actively improves them.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading daily service delivery across multiple accounts
- Building and refining IT service processes and frameworks
- Managing SLAs, KPIs, and ensuring high service standards

- Championing continuous improvement and service excellence
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in service delivery (MSP or enterprise background)
- Great communicator and confident stakeholder manager
- Comfortable designing and implementing operational processes
- ITIL knowledge (certified is a bonus)
- Structured, hands-on, and delivery-focused
