We are seeking a Legion Workforce Management Consultant. This role will support our client's workforce management transformation by providing subject matter expertise on the Legion WFM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the Legion Workforce Management platform.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable WFM solutions.

Design, test, and validate system functionality, including scheduling, forecasting, labor optimisation, and reporting tools.

Conduct user training sessions and develop support documentation.

Troubleshoot issues and work closely with Legion support and internal IT teams for resolution.

Ensure timely delivery of milestones and project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Provide post-implementation support and ongoing improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with Legion WFM implementations.

Deep understanding of workforce scheduling, labor forecasting, and optimisation principles.

Strong knowledge of time and attendance systems and labor compliance requirements.

Experience with system configuration, integration, and data mapping.
