We are looking for an experienced Storage Engineer to join our team and support ongoing infrastructure projects and operations. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects to help implement, configure, and maintain enterprise storage solutions.

You'll be responsible for executing data migrations and technology refreshes, such as moving from VMAX to PowerMax and VNX to Unity. Your Scripting skills will be put to good use automating tasks related to backups, snapshots, and reporting. You'll also take ownership of incident, problem, and change management activities, including configuration updates and disk provisioning.

Part of your role will involve keeping documentation up to date-covering everything from infrastructure diagrams to how-to guides. You'll monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements, including coordinating upgrades and raising support requests as needed.

Security will also be a key focus, with tasks related to hardening, managing authentication and certificates, and addressing vulnerabilities. You'll participate in annual disaster recovery tests involving SRDF/Metro and Unity failover.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong hands-on experience with technologies including PowerMax, Unity, ECS, Powerscale, CTA, Brocade SAN, and Sannav
• A solid background in Scripting for automation and reporting
• A proactive approach to incident and problem management
• A detail-oriented mindset for maintaining high-quality documentation
• An understanding of performance tuning and security best practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
