If you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and a strong skill set when it comes to supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android etc) we have a contract we would like to discuss with you.

Please note this role requires onsite attendance 5 days per week.

• iOS stats reporting (daily - how many devices are up to date, how many devices aren't up to date)
• iOS Push Notifications (daily)
• iOS label creation
• MacOS Updates
• Stock ordering/shipping for UK offices (iPhones/iPads + Accessories)
• High data charge/usage report + User contact
• iPhone issue tickets
• iPhone replacements/New starters/Leavers
• 6DG queries (mobile number issues etc)
• Wipe/retire returned iPhones and place in stock
• Disposal iPhones/iPads
• Out of compliance MDM (monthly)
• User Travel Requests (applying bundles, email advice, tariff changes etc)
• Support for general IT team in busy periods
• Mobile device inventory administration
• Strong Excel needed to track and manipulate data
