Infrastructure Manager, Devops, Azure.

A leading organisation are looking for an Infrastructure Manager/Devops Manager to join their team.

The DevOps, Azure Cloud Ops, and Infrastructure Lead role demands a versatile skill set that combines technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.

Key skills required:

Infrastructure Management:

• Design and maintain our hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud).
• Oversee network architecture, storage solutions, and compute resources.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place.

Azure Cloud Operations:

• Architect, deploy, and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, databases, and networking components.
• Implement Github pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

DevOps Practices:

• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ansible.

Vendor Management:

• Team Leadership:
• Manage a team of infrastructure engineers, DevOps specialists, and cloud experts
• Commodities or banking experience preferred
