SAP SuccessFactors Security Architect

Location: UK/Germany/EU/Remote

Skills:

Proven experience as a Security Architect with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors security concepts, including Role-Based Permissions (RBP), user administration, and data security.
Hands-on experience in configuring and managing security within various SuccessFactors modules.
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
Experience with security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management in the context of cloud-based HR systems.
Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations (eg, GDPR).
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) security features is a plus.
Knowledge of integration security protocols and technologies (eg, SAML, OAuth) is beneficial.

Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.

Experience in implementing security monitoring and alerting solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive security architectures for SAP SuccessFactors landscape, including but not limited to Role-Based Permissions (RBP), user provisioning, data protection, and integration security.

Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures specific to SAP SuccessFactors, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (eg, GDPR, data privacy laws).

Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into secure and efficient SuccessFactors solutions.

Configure and manage security settings within the SuccessFactors modules (eg, Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation).

Design and implement secure integration strategies between SuccessFactors and other internal and external systems.

Perform regular security assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend and implement remediation plans.

Manage user access and authorization, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and least privilege principles.

Develop and maintain detailed security documentation, including architecture diagrams, security guidelines, and operational procedures.

Participate in audits and compliance activities related to SAP SuccessFactors security.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors security features, updates, and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and support to the SAP SuccessFactors functional and technical teams on security-related matters.

Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within the SuccessFactors environment.

Contribute to the development and execution of security awareness training for SuccessFactors users.
