1st & 2nd Line Support IT Engineer

Cancom UK is an IT Solutions firm with a number of offices and Data Centres across England and we are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our ServiceDesk on a permanent basis on site with one of our clients based in Bootle, Liverpool.
- Level 1 & 2 IT support and incident resolution.
- Hardware support - re-provision of hardware (build & deploy), hardware fault resolution, act as PoC for 3rd Party warranty provided/supplier
- Software support - O365, OS, a number of small apps associated with HW image
- Printer support - assist 3rd Party managed print services
- Potential occasional travel between site - Liverpool, Cheltenham, London (tba based on logistics & practicality)
- Mobile device support and provision - smart phones
- Providing technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries and support requests related to IT tools and applications, IT policy and processes, other software and hardware
- Resolving incidents and service requests as per defined help desk procedures, ensuring the stable operation of the in-house computer Technology infrastructure, inc Server, desktop and telephony operations
- Escalating when appropriate service requests and issues not being progressed as needed
