D365 F&O Consultant - 6 months - Hybrid (1x a week) - Inside IR35

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to lead the review, implementation, and optimisation of D365 solutions aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, translate them into functional requirements, and deliver scalable solutions across Finance and Supply Chain modules.

You will play a key role in full project life cycles - from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live support - while collaborating with technical teams and leveraging the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure, to deliver end-to-end value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Provide recommendations and configure D365 F&O modules (like Finance, SCM, etc.) to align with business needs.
• Focus on Finance and SCM modules, ensuring solutions align with both business goals and platform capabilities.
• Conduct and support functional, integration, and end-to-end testing - leveraging tools like Postman where needed.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• Proficient in Finance and SCM modules, with a solid grasp of out-of-the-box capabilities and limitations.
• Skilled at running workshops to gather and translate user needs into process flows and product backlogs.
• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning, iterative delivery, and backlog grooming.
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem - Power Platform, Azure, Office 365 - for integrated solutions.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (with view for extension)
• Location: Hybrid/1 day per week in Windsor
• Rate: Up to £500 per day Inside IR35
