We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada.

Job Title: Data - Engagement Manager
Pay-rate: £512.8 per day Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Telford, Hybrid working will apply to these roles, with onsite attendance required 2 days per week
Clearance required: SC clearance

Description:

  • The Data Contract Area focuses on managing projects which are commissioned from Client by Client's DPS under the Big Data & Analytics and Legacy Data Warehouse Contracts.
  • You will form part of the engagement team within the Data Contract Area with a focus on our LDW and BD&A projects.
  • We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team who can run a high visibility, strategically important project, managing close dependencies with multiple teams across the delivery, whilst also having the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The role also involves collaborating with internal clients to manage live service improvements.

What you'll do -

Direct the execution and implementation of your Projects, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, using agile project management and delivery methods

Develop and maintain project schedules and work with the delivery team to establish a delivery rhythm, balance priorities, manage risks, dependencies, and remove blockers

Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of delivery and delivered on time

Map and manage stakeholders to ensure good relations and effective communication

Lead and motivate multiple multi-disciplinary teams, having knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support

Ensure teams are able to work effectively by having a productive working environment

Predict staff requirements to enable effective resourcing

Communicate effectively and provide data to help the delivery teams report on the project or programme to senior stakeholders

Be accountable for your Project budgets to ensure delivery of value, accurate forecasting and management of change
