Responsibilities:
* Capture market/store trends to maximize sales.
* Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize replenishment.
* Allocate products within target capacities.
* Create reports for decision-making and stakeholder updates.
* Support launch and marketing initiatives.
* Determine optimal store/style/size allocations.
* Minimize end-of-season stock and manage sell-through rates.

Requirements
* 4+ years' experience with Retail/Supply Chain experience in allocation/planning, processes, project management, (MPO) Merchandise Planning and Operations, Demand & Supply management, Sales, Finance, or Buying Coordination.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Project management experience would be a big plus
* Experience with navigating projects and deliverables with limited resources, information or direction
* Commercial mindset along with negotiation skills, self-starter mentality, ownership, driver and entrepreneurial
* Ability to meet timelines and deliver commitments.
* Proficient in Excel, MS Windows, Tableau; knowledge of JustEnough/relex system is a plus.

Contract details:
* Start date: ASAP
* Location: Hybrid
* Duration: 12months + with extensions
