Senior Technical Analyst

£55,000-£65,000 per annum

A leading UK-based non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Analyst or Applications & Integration Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in transforming how systems and data connect across the business. As the Applications & Integration Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex applications and integration solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions. This role involves hands-on development using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and SQL, as well as collaborating with internal teams and third-party suppliers.

• Lead on all application and integration activities, from design to delivery

• Automate manual processes and workflows using Power Platform and SQL

• Manage application interfaces and maintain structured data

• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date

• Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance operations

• Support and coach colleagues, promoting technical best practices

• Strong experience delivering application and integration solutions

• Hands-on expertise in MS Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and SQL

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and API management

• Confident stakeholder engagement and excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience managing third-party vendors and working within cross-functional teams

• Ability to lead projects to specification, on time and within budget

• Experience in the non-profit or charity sector

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake or Synapse

• An interest in creative industries or social impact work
