Join a well-established fashion retailer who are currently undergoing a major digital transformation through a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. This is a chance to shape the future of enterprise technology in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and implementation of master data processes as part of a new S/4HANA rollout
• Own and drive solutions across SAP Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Activity Repository (CAR)
• Standardize and align master data processes with SAP best practices
• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, efficient system solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and document business processes
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and ensure smooth system performance
• Contribute to clean data structures and drive consistent, reliable reporting
• Take on project ownership and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
• Mentor peers and support ongoing knowledge sharing across the team

What you bring:

• Min 5 years of hands-on SAP experience, ideally with S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge in Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes
• Familiarity with SAP Sales (SD), Purchasing (MM), and master data customisation
• Bonus: experience working with SAP FIORI apps and enhancement options
• Proficient in SAP GUI, FIORI Launchpad, and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Industry know-how in retail or fashion, with an appreciation for seasonal product cycles
• You work independently and take ownership, while also being an empathetic team player
• Clear communicator, confident in engaging stakeholders in both German and English (Minimum C2 level German)
