WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable tasks for developers

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align on product improvements

• Monitor production, resolve incidents, and handle customer requests

• Ensure regulatory compliance and simplicity in the client reporting application

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between multiple squads and departments

• Identify product gaps and contribute to innovation and process improvements

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Strong analytical and coordination skills in an international environment

• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology and stakeholder management

• Solid knowledge of financial products like FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Commodities

• Hands-on experience with SQL and Cloud platforms (Azure)

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Proactive, flexible, result-oriented and focused on delivering customer value
