Senior DevOps Engineer - Gardener + IAS

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong Gardener Kubernetes and Identity Authentication Service (IAS) experience to support a global-scale DevOps program. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead cutting-edge container platform engineering on a remote-first basis.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and enhance Kubernetes infrastructure using Gardener

• Support secure integration with Identity Authentication Services (IAS)

• Automate deployments and configuration using Terraform and Ansible

• Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/ArgoCD) and cloud-native deployments

• Work with tools like Helm, Vault, Dynatrace, and GitHub Secrets

• Contribute to team standards and mentor junior team members

Skills & Experience Required:

• 6+ years in infrastructure/DevOps roles

• Strong production experience with Gardener Kubernetes

• Deep understanding of AWS/GCP ecosystems

• Proficient in Python, Go, Bash

• Strong grasp of cloud security principles and DevSecOps practices

• Experience in managing CI/CD workflows and container orchestration

• Excellent communication skills in English
