Software Engineer (LabVIEW and MATLAB)

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Hybrid/Chelmsford

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control, acquisition, and analysis software using LabVIEW and MATLAB
• Deliver software packages and documentation (eg, test plans, reports) within set deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electronics, Firmware, Project Management, Test)
• Present technical updates in project meetings and complete related actions
• Follow and contribute to established software development and QA processes
• Support continuous improvement efforts across projects

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with LabVIEW or MATLAB in a test environment
• Knowledge of structured software development and fault finding
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with ability to work under pressure and learn quickly
