Job Title: Package Specialist - SAP BW HANA Analytics

Location: Onsite (5 days a week)
Languages Required: Norwegian or Swedish/Danish
Security Clearance: National Security Clearance required

Job Responsibilities:

• Development of User-Specified Functionality: Participate in the design and development of user-defined functionality within the SAP BW HANA Analytics environment.

• Collaborative Development: Work as part of a product team focused on the SAP ECC module, particularly within the field of Security.

• Documentation: Contribute to the production of both technical and user documentation, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.

• Requirements Management: Assist in managing and gathering requirements for the solution, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Compliance with Architectural Regulations: Ensure that all solutions developed comply with established architectural guidelines and standards.

• Scrum Coordination: Coordinate development, testing, and release activities following the Scrum methodology, ensuring that features and user stories are managed effectively.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and/or projects within the Armed Forces, ensuring seamless integration and project alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Languages: Proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in ICT design, development, and testing.

• SAP ERP Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.

• SAP ABAP or Fiori Development: Minimum of 3 years' experience with SAP ABAP or Fiori development.

• SAP Solman: At least 3 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager (Solman).

• Agile Methodology (SAFe): Experience working with the agile framework, specifically SAFe.

• User Interface (UX) Development: Exposure to user interface design and development.

• Interface Technology: Experience in integrating different systems through interface technologies.

Nice to Have Skills:

• ICT Architect Roles: Experience in ICT architecture roles is a plus.

• Experience with Interface Technology: Familiarity with various integration technologies to facilitate system interactions.
