Hays Recruitment are working closely with an organisation in York to recruit an IT Support Analyst on a temporary basis.
Your new role
1st/2nd Line Support
Onsite in York
£185 p/d
Inside IR35
3-Month Contract
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a busy environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory (account creation, password resets, group memberships)
- Imaging and deploying laptops using tools like Intune and SCCM
- Experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to log, manage, and resolve tickets using an ITSM system
- Awareness of SLAs and prioritisation of incidents and requests
- Experience supporting remote users (via Teams, remote desktop, or similar tools)
- Basic knowledge of macOS and Apple device support (desirable but not essential)
