Operational Technology Architect/OT Architect - Worthing, West Sussex/Hybrid

Ideally coming for a Utilities background such as Water/Wastewater/Gas/Oil/Electricity, with a focus on Above & Below Ground projects.

A leading technology strong professional services company seek an experienced Operational Technology Architect to support the ongoing transformation of Operational Technology/OT systems. You will be involved in all stages from architecture planning, design through to transition and implementation.

Key responsibilities for the Operational Technology Architect/Network Architect position:

• Implementation of relevant Operational Technologies Strategy initiatives.
• Development and ongoing maintenance/support.
• Technical expertise and architectural solutions in infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.
• Proactively identify issues and corrective actions necessary to sustain the environment.
• The ideal individual for the role will have a thorough understanding of all layers in the architecture stack from business information to data and technology.
• You will be working hand in hand with the IT Design Authority Function and head of IT Operations in implementing major developments and enhancements within the existing IT infrastructure.

For the Operational Technology Architect/Network Architect position, a solid Networking background, as well Operational Technologies experience is required.

• Data Centre migrations.

Required knowledge/experience for the Operational Technology (OT) Architect may include:

• Operational Technology/OT systems enterprise implementation experience.
• Demonstrable experience in enterprise scale programmes and portfolio/programmes.
• Experience of working in a Matrix function alongside Business, Service.
