Oracle Fusion Payroll Engineer - Inside IR35 - 6 months - Hybrid

Hamilton Barnes are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Engineer for a 6-month rolling contract with a prestigious global consultancy. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with occasional travel to Belfast for client workshops. You'll play a key role in implementing and optimising Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions for high-profile clients, working alongside a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and related modules to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Configure and implement payroll setups, including earnings, deductions, taxation, costing, and absence management.
• Ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations, keeping systems up to date with the latest legal requirements.
• Perform payroll parallel run testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage payroll integrations with third-party systems (banks, tax agencies, benefits providers) using HCM Data Loader (HDL), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and payroll interfaces.

What you will ideally bring:

• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll setup and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and SQL queries for payroll reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll Tables, Lookups, and Security rules.
• Proven experience in managing payroll integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance.

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Remote
• Daily Rate: Up to £500 Per Day (Inside IR35)
