Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Expert for an exciting project with a Global Cosmetics client of ours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order to Billing Management:

   • Manage and optimize complex order to billing use cases.
   • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders from initiation to billing.

2. Advanced Analytics:

   • Develop and implement complex algorithms using Snowflake and machine learning analytics.
   • Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends and improve decision-making processes.

3. Exception Management:

   • Monitor and analyze exceptions in the O2C process.
   • Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them before they escalate.

4. Data Science Expertise:

   • Leverage your end-to-end understanding of order to billing processes.
   • Apply your Back End knowledge to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing order to billing processes, particularly in complex scenarios.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and other advanced analytics tools.
• Strong background in machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to exception management.
• Solid understanding of Back End systems and data processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
