We're looking for a seasoned SAP Portfolio Lead with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex SAP portfolios in a secure environment. This role requires an active SC clearance, fully transferable, due to the nature of the projects and client engagement.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all SAP matters, representing the organisation in interactions with the client and internal delivery teams.
• Provide a strategic, overarching view of the SAP roadmap and future direction, enabling IT to demonstrate clear value to the business.
• Manage the SAP portfolio pipeline, ensuring a smooth, prioritised flow of work that meets business objectives.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, deliverable statements of work.
• Oversee and control the delivery of SAP projects within the agreed portfolio, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, budget compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead planning, resource management, and coordination across internal teams and third-party vendors across multiple geographies.
• Champion delivery assurance, continuous improvement, and value-driven outcomes from SAP investments.
• Active SC Clearance (fully transferable) is required - candidates without this clearance will not be considered.

• 10+ years of experience in project/programme/portfolio management, with a strong background in SAP.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale portfolios, including project intake, prioritisation, and strategic alignment.
• Strong command of project and finance reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organisation.
• Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, including third-party vendors, business analysts, test teams, and SMEs.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is essential.
