Ihre Aufgaben:

• Globalisierungs- und Cloud-First-Strategien vorantreiben, Infrastruktur und Anwendungen analysieren und das globale Architekturportfolio überwachen.
• Vorbereitung, Implementierung und Leitung der Harmonisierung der IT-Infrastruktur zu einem globalen System.
• Entwurf, Implementierung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Windows/Linux-Server, Virtualisierungsplattformen, Azure).
• Sicherstellung der hohen Verfügbarkeit, Leistung und Skalierbarkeit der IT-Systeme, einschließlich Netzwerke und Speicher.
• Optimierung von Cloud- und Virtualisierungsplattformen (Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) und Leitung von Cloud-Migrationsinitiativen.
• Stärkung der Sicherheit durch Implementierung von Compliance-Maßnahmen und Aufrechterhaltung von Notfallwiederherstellungsplänen (z.B. Veeam).
• Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels Skripting (PowerShell, Python) zur Effizienzsteigerung.
• Betreuung von Junior-Ingenieuren, Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams und Leitung von Infrastrukturprojekten.
• Pflege der Systemdokumentation und Unterstützung der IT-Governance-Compliance.

Ihr Profil:

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Infrastrukturtechnik oder Systemadministration.
• Expertise in lokalen und Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure/AWS/Office365).
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows/Linux-Servern, Active Directory, DHCP und DNS.
• Versiert in Virtualisierungsplattformen (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V) und Backup-Lösungen (z.B. Veeam).
• Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Systemen (z.B. ServiceNow).
• Skripting/Automatisierung (PowerShell, Bash, Python) und grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse.
• Neugieriger, innovativer Teamplayer mit zuverlässigem und selbständigem Arbeitsstil.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch mindestens B2.
