Service Manager - Leeds (3 days on-site) | 3-Month Rolling Contract (Inside IR35) - £400
We're looking for a Service Manager to join our team on a 3-month rolling contract, working 3 days per week on-site with a key client in Leeds. This role is inside IR35, with a rate of £400 per day.
In this position, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT services across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring performance, availability, and continuous improvement within an ITIL®-aligned environment. You'll manage incidents, requests, and service optimisation, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional user outcomes.
What we're looking for:

Proven experience in Incident/Request Management (ideally with ServiceNow)

Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 practices (Foundation + Practitioner required)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Experience in multi-provider or SIAM environments is a bonus!
