My client is currently on the hunt for a Mortgage Advisor to come form part of a family run business who takes pride in offering Credit Intermediaries. As the Mortgage advisor you will provide professional telephone based mortgage advice service to a broad range of customers. Aim to achieve the agreed business sales targets in partnership with the manager, ensuring full compliance with the relevant MCOB standards during telephone interviews and throughout the mortgage advice process.

Experience required:

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Proven sales background in a mortgage related or financial services related role.
• Keyboard and IT skills.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Team working skills.
• Information gathering, analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
