Relationship Manager - Onsite - £30,000 + bonus (OTE circa £35k) - South Yorkshire

My client is currently on the hunt for a Relationship Manager to come in an help maximise potential business opportunities within the financial services industry. My client offers a range of services which includes 1st Charge Mortgages, Bridging Loan opportunities and 2nd charge Secured Loans and Commercial Finance.

The position will form part of a family run business who takes pride in offering Credit Intermediaries. The aim of this position is to enhance there working relationship within the Credit Intermediary Market through exceptional mortgage sales and networking that delivers business from new and existing Credit Intermediaries.

Experience required:

• Proven track record of sales ability and proactive approach to business markets.
• Ability to negotiate terms, close business opportunities and maintain business relationships.
• Knowledge of financial services and the mortgage markets.
• Identify and develop business from new Credit Intermediaries.
• Ability to utilise own initiative and work within a team environment.
• Willingness to deliver & coordinate business zoom or telephone calls to numerous existing Credit Intermediaries who have registered but have not provided NFM with any mortgage/bridging applications.

Key Skills:

• Delivering and exceeding sales objectives and business goals.
• Problem solving on mortgage applications.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets.
• Excellent objection handling and relationship management skills.
• Keyboard and IT Skills.
• Full Clean Driving Licence is not essential but would be an advantage.
• CeMAP qualification is not essential but would be an advantage.
