Email Marketing Specialist- Staines/Hybrid- 12 Months- £220-£265 PAYE

A global company are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage effective segmentation, cadence, test methodologies, and tactics for email campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to email best practices to drive customer action and engagement and compliance with industry standards as well as privacy policies.
• Manage campaign timelines, email calendar, approvals, and internal business reviews for email campaign rollouts.
• Understand marketing automation systems (like Marketo), integrations, and lead flow to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead management.
• Onboard and train new stakeholders.
• Maintain email-related documentation.
• Guide stakeholders through each step of the email campaign process.
• Integrate email campaigns with other channels like social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Analyze and present insights of campaign performance to business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within email and nurture strategies.

Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy.
• Strong background in email marketing and customer life cycle.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a complex international organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Marketo is strongly preferred.
• AEP and AJO knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
