Conexus are partnered with a global consulting client, that are searching for a SAP BI/BW/4HANA Lead to join them on a permanent basis in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

This is an exciting opportunity with a leading client who has an extremely prestigious S/4 HANA pipeline of projects

• Lead end-to-end SAP BI implementations, upgrades, and optimisation's.

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Engage with stakeholders, business teams, and technical consultants to drive SAP BI best practices.

• Provide expert guidance on SAP BW/4HANA, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and ideally Datasphere.

• Ensure seamless system integration and data migration within SAP environments.

• Develop and optimize reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical insights.

• Manage risk, project timelines, and budgets effectively.

• 14+ years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAC.

• Experience with SAP Datasphere is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in leading SAP BI projects, including full life cycle implementations.

• Strong understanding of data modelling, reporting, and analytics best practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working in a hybrid work model (on-site & remote) within the Netherlands.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
