This role requires an experienced Informatica Platform Lead to drive innovation and excellence in data management. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by defining strategy, leading projects, and mentoring a talented team of developers.
Working closely with the Head of Engineering and Platforms, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of Informatica technologies across the organisation. This hands-on technical leadership role involves:
Strategic Leadership: Shaping the Informatica toolset roadmap and leading key data projects.
Architecture & Design: Defining the overall Informatica data architecture, ensuring alignment with the enterprise vision while leveraging CDI, Data Quality, and Data Governance principles.
Development & Implementation: Designing and building Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and processes, ensuring performance and reliability.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guiding both internal and external developers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Operational Excellence: Ensuring Informatica meets the production standards and non-functional requirements.
Innovation & Transformation: Driving data democratisation and governance through Informatica (CDGC).
Stakeholder Engagement & Education: Delivering presentations, training, and advisory support to encourage the adoption of MDM solutions.
You will have-
At least 5 years of experience in a technical Informatica strategy or delivery role.
Proven track record of leading at least two end-to-end Informatica projects with a team of three or more developers.
Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), data integration, data governance, and data quality.
You must be able to demonstrate design/build capabilities using CAI/CDI integration like REST/SOAP based integrations and ETL ingestions.
Additional requirements.
Willingness to travel internationally, primarily across the US and Europe.
Ability to work on-site at UK Head Office for at least two days per week (dependent on location).
