PMO Specialist (DV Cleared) - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared PMO Specialist to support a high-profile, secure project. The successful candidate will play a key role in governance, planning, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical programmes within a highly regulated environment.

Key Details:

Location: Farnborough (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (Long term program)
Rate: Competitive on application
Determination: Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure governance frameworks and quality management processes are followed across all project phases.
• Oversee planning and resource management, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholder engagement, building strong internal and external relationships.
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring governance compliance and effective project transitions.
• Confidently run governance meetings and handle queries related to delivery methods and assurance.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience in project governance and assurance, with a solid understanding of delivery best practices.
• A recognised PMO or assurance qualification (eg, P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, APM).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, ensuring clarity in reporting and decision-making.
• Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments.
