Dynamics 365 module experience within:

• Dynamics Sales - Design and optimization of sales processes
• Customer Insights - Analyse, segment, and use customer data to improve the customer experience
• Project Operations - Implementation and control of project and resource management solutions

Technical expertise:

• Azure-based architectures for scalable and secure CRM solutions
• Cross-module integration within the Dynamics 365 platform
• Use of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to extend CRM functionalities
• Architecture and integration strategies, especially when connecting third-party systems and Legacy applications
