Product Owner - Payments Settlement Services - Treasury
We are looking for a Product Owner within treasury, settlement and cash management solutions. You will play a key coordination/integration role in large-scale change initiatives that span across multiple departments, domains, and global teams. You're the bridge between business and technology-ensuring alignment, resolving interdependencies, and steering IT delivery from planning to execution. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and clear planning are crucial.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-domain initiatives by aligning stakeholders, identifying technical dependencies, and shaping implementation plans.
- Create and coordinate overarching IT implementation plans, ensuring delivery teams are aligned and prioritizing effectively.
- Drive end-to-end IT execution, including testing coordination and deployment readiness.
- Define governance, delivery milestones, and communication flows for complex IT changes.
- Collaborate closely with business leads, architects, product owners, and IT teams across tribes and squads.
- Keep leadership informed with structured status reporting and risk identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate overarching features and epics into executable IT delivery plans.
- Act as the go-to person for cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
- Set up and manage project governance and alignment processes.
- Facilitate end-to-end and chain test coordination.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and steer toward successful outcomes.
- Lead status reporting at multiple organizational levels.

- IT Delivery Teams, Architects, Product Leads, Data Owners
- Customer Journey Experts, Risk & Compliance, Legal
- External vendors and third parties
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in large-scale IT coordination or IT project management roles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and Agile setups
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, dependencies, and delivery flows
