We're partnering with a globally recognised accounting firm undergoing a major digital transformation to recruit a ServiceNow Technical Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key technical role in the delivery and optimisation of a global ServiceNow platform.

Location & Working Style
This is a remote-first role, open to candidates based in the EU. Occasional travel to European office locations will be required for team collaboration and project workshops.

The Role
You'll join a centralised Technology & Digital team that supports a global user base. Reporting to the ServiceNow Product Manager, you'll act as a subject matter expert-overseeing platform performance, integration, security, and design. You'll also liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure best practices in configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance for the ServiceNow platform
• Validate technical designs and integrations with other systems
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
• Maintain platform documentation, architecture standards, and user access
• Drive platform enhancements and recommend upgrades or new features
• Ensure alignment with ITSM, ITIL, and compliance frameworks

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience administering and implementing ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal & Performance Analytics
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• One or more ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience supporting a global environment is a plus
