Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join one of our London Market insurance clients to support the delivery of key digital and technology initiatives across their international business.

You will play a key role in the evolution of underwriting platforms and tools, including workbench solutions, policy administration systems, intelligent document processing, data aggregation, and pricing capabilities. These initiatives support the organisation's broader growth strategy, with plans to significantly scale the business over the next 3 to 5 years.

You'll be great for this role if you:

• Are an experienced Product Owner.
• Come from a London Market insurer, broker, or advisory background.
• Have experience with underwriting workbench tools - UW re-platforming will be a key initial focus.
• Bring a blend of commercial awareness, technical understanding, and hands-on Agile delivery experience.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both business and technical teams, particularly when translating user stories for technical delivery.

This is a permanent position paying circa £80,000 per annum + bonus & benefits, with hybrid working (3 days per week in the client's City based office).
