A leading technology strong professional services company seek an experienced Programme Manager with enterprise implementation experience and a background in Cyber Security.
Ideally you will have experience is mobilising projects/programmes and covered technical areas within the cyber security arena - they are keen to focus on hiring the right person with energy, drive and resilience, with strong experience in managing programme and leading deliverables, but also have the ability to carry out high level reporting.

The Cyber Security Programme Manager is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Project Analysts in the planning and management of a portfolio of IT/Business projects.
The Portfolio team works across the Business and IT organisation (working with Business Owners, Product Owners, and Business and IT Programme managers and Solution Leaders) to acquire resources and form project teams; estimate project schedules and costs; manage the project teams work; manage third-party contractors and vendors; deliver projects according to plan, schedule, scope, quality, and budget. They will deliver projects from initiation, through design/procurement, build/integration, testing, deployment and transition to support.
Required knowledge/experience for the Cyber Security Programme Manager:
- Cyber Security enterprise implementation experience.
- PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
- Agile qualification or experience.
- Demonstrable experience in managing enterprise scale programmes and portfolio/programme deliveries.
- People management experience including performance reviews, career development, coaching and mentoring.
- Experience of managing Project Managers in the delivery of simple, medium and large projects.
- Experience of procurement and management of 3rd party suppliers for services, software and infrastructure.
- Experience of working in a Matrix function alongside Business, Service.
Required Capabilities for the Cyber Security Programme Manager:
- Strong Programme and Project Management.
- Strong people management and development.
- Strong stakeholder management (IT and Business).
- Ability to influence and motivate others in IT and Business.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Business acumen, staff management, staff recruitment and performance management.
- Fostering an environment of best practise, information sharing, cross training and process improvement.
- Quality Control on Projects.
Good to have for the Cyber Security Programme Manager:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Average 10+ years prior experience in Senior Project management/Programme Management.
