IT Infrastructure Specialist - working from home!

MUST HAVE VERY STRONG AWS

AWS experience will need to show the ability to implement and roll out AWS based systems, merely supporting AWS won't be enough experience I am afraid

High level IT infrastructure experience required by my client

Excellent opportunity for strong 3rd Line Support Analyst

This role is FULLY remote and visits to Head Office are very rare

To be considered applicants MUST have

- 3rd Line Support experience

- Very strong AWS

- you will be very analytical as a large part of this role is evaluating new software/hardware releases

- Working with vendors

- Very strong English communication skills, written and verbal

The successful candidates will be responsible for

- Ongoing evaluation of all new software/hardware innovations

- Providing training to 2nd/3rd support functions

- Maintaining ongoing service improvement plans

- Keeping aware of all technological developments on a global basis

- Occasional incident management

- BAU work when required

- Maintaining best of breed system security protocols
