About the Role

As a Tech Lead Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams working on enterprise-wide data products. You will oversee IT delivery, ensuring high-performing teams, secure and compliant processes, and future-proof innovations for scalable data product development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple teams to deliver value-driven, high-quality data products.
• Develop and implement standardized frameworks, tools, and best practices in Data Engineering.
• Establish a strong engineering culture, improving team autonomy and performance.
• Enhance collaboration across global teams and optimize offshore capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and IT security standards.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Tech Lead roles within complex Data & Analytics environments.
• Strong background in Data Engineering, DevOps, and Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
• Experience managing teams of 30-40 people, including offshore collaboration.
• Proficiency in Cloud technology and digitization.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (business level).
• A proactive problem solver with a passion for innovation.
