HR Business Partner
Location:
Amsterdam | Hybrid (2-3 days office)
The Role:
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our client, to support the growing teams in Risk and Compliance In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to leadership-driving people strategies that support regulatory excellence, talent growth, and business resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning, performance, and talent development
- Ensure HR compliance with Dutch labor law and financial sector regulations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for key functions
- Guide managers through employee relations and formal HR procedures
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absence) to drive insights
- Contribute to internal audits and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews
- Foster a high-performance culture that balances well-being and accountability
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's in HRM, Business, or related field
- 5+ years' HR experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or fintech
- Strong grasp of Dutch employment law and regulatory context
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Detail-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Discreet, dependable, and data-driven
