We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) Specialist to join our client, a leading consulting firm for a 12 month period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising the SAP DRC solution to ensure timely and accurate tax and regulatory reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of global compliance regulations and hands-on experience with SAP's DRC functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) for various legal and tax reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate generation of compliance reports including e-invoicing, VAT returns, SAF-T, and other jurisdiction-specific obligations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Tax, IT) to gather requirements and deliver compliant solutions.
- Monitor regulatory changes across regions and implement necessary system updates in SAP DRC.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP DRC functionalities and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors or government portals to ensure seamless data exchange and submission.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), including tax reporting functionalities.
- Strong understanding of global compliance regulations and local tax authority requirements.
- Experience with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAP DRC solutions.
- Solid background in tax reporting processes such as VAT, SAF-T, e-invoicing, or other country-specific requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with third-party compliance tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across EMEA, APAC, or LATAM regions.
- SAP Certification in DRC or Tax Compliance Modules is a plus.
