About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with active Security Clearance to design and implement secure, scalable, and innovative solutions within a complex technical landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to deliver robust and secure solutions that align with business and security requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within a sensitive and mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have many of the following:

• Designing innovative solutions that fit within business, security, and technical constraints.

• Taking responsibility for the technical output of your team, ensuring solutions meet security and compliance standards.

• Collaborating with other Tech Leads, Security Architects, and Enterprise Architects to ensure cohesive and secure integration across systems.

• Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form, particularly within security-sensitive environments.

• Championing quality assurance, secure design principles, and mentoring individuals to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Hands-on software development experience in one or more common languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript.

• Following agile development methodologies, such as SCRUM or SAFe, in highly regulated environments.

• Driving innovation within teams to solve complex technical challenges while maintaining a strong security-first mindset.

• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) or SharePoint is beneficial.

• Deep understanding of client operations, secure workflows, and the security challenges associated with application integration.

• Working closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts across multiple applications to identify and mitigate security risks.

Desired Skills & Experience:

It would be great if you also had experience in some of the following, but if not, we'll support your development:

• Cloud technology certifications (AWS, Azure) with a focus on secure cloud architecture.

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe, certifications.

• Expertise in full-stack technical design with an understanding of security by design principles.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring secure and compliant solutions are effectively communicated and delivered.

• Deep familiarity with security concepts, including secure design, risk assessment, and secure implementation strategies.

• Experience in mentoring engineers, fostering a security-conscious culture.
