Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy for Akeneo PIM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of Akeneo PIM initiatives.
• Requirements Gathering: Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new features or enhancements to Akeneo PIM based on client feedback and market trends.
• Project Management: Oversee the product development life cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
• Customer Focus: Ensure that Akeneo PIM solutions meet the needs of clients by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analysing data to improve the user experience.
• Performance Analysis: Track key product metrics and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the product.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product status, timelines, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, with specific experience in Akeneo PIM or other PIM systems.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience working with retail, eCommerce, or other product-centric industries.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Akeneo PIM, with the ability to manage and implement product features.
• Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies, project tracking tools (eg, Jira, Trello), and managing the full product life cycle.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
