Procurement Manager required to deliver all HR and Talent sourcing, projects and contracts for a global consultancy on a contract basis for 6 months initially.

The role sits in a team who manage internal talent and HR spend across the global business, including spend categories such as Talent Acquisition and Resourcing, Talent Development and Learning, Contingent Labour and Reward and Benefits

Responsibilities will include

• Leading procurement actions to deliver against category strategies
• Advising internal partners, principals and executive level stakeholders on mission critical procurement initiatives
• Leading strategic sourcing (RFI/RFP) initiatives
• Negotiating high value contracts
• Managing key supplier relationships
• Delivering excellent client service experience

Experience required

• CIPS (or equivalent), or working towards would be desirable but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes.
• Strong knowledge of standard buying processes.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation processes and legal contract templates.
• Relationships building, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Understanding of Human Resources and Talent projects.
• Extensive strategic sourcing execution experience and strong negotiation strategy development skills

This is a mostly remote working contract with occasional travel and offered at a daily rate of £500 through an Umbrella
